Srushti Deshmukh is beginning working on her UPSC entrance in her third year in engineering. Following her graduation, she began to question whether or not she would be satisfied in an engineering job. Her goal became apparent when she shifted her focus to the civil service. Her parents to pursue an employment in the civil service and prepare herself for the examinations. She was motivated and focused only on becoming IAS officer. IAS officer.
